Co-learning to Accelerate Women's Economic Empowerment

Project // Co-design, coaching & facilitation for the Gates Foundation

Outcome // Using design thinking, participatory methods, creative facilitation, and intentional play, the gathering fostered collaboration, deepened connection, and enabled joint learning on WEE’s India program while aligning the team on 2025 priorities and strategy.

The following outcomes were achieved:

Build trust by connecting with one another and the work.

Learn from internal and external partners and deepen understanding of the WEE India portfolio - progress, lessons, and takeaways for other geographies.

Build shared understanding of strategic direction.

Strengthen cross-team collaboration to deliver impact.
