It is the practice of designing with, not for. I partner with communities, organizations, and teams to develop approaches rooted in the living and lived experiences and aspirations of those most impacted. Together, we surface power dynamics, unspoken needs, and challenge assumptions to design systems of care, not control - while shaping service offerings, strategies, and systemic change.

Offerings include:

• Co-Design & Future Visioning Labs
  Interactive work sessions to shape strategic plans, service offerings, or implementation roadmaps. These labs engage communities and stakeholders in generative discussions that build power, alignment, and actionable next steps.

• Design Marathons
  A time-bound, equity-centered alternative to design sprints, integrating design justice, decoloniality, and systems thinking. These marathons foster relationship-building, thoughtful iteration, and co-designing with those most impacted.

• Idea Forges
  Playful, generative sessions designed to spark creative thinking and collective learning. These spaces encourage experimentation, such as reimagining funding models or testing alternative economic structures.

• Community-led Design and Governance Processes
  Facilitating participatory processes that shift decision-making power to communities. These engagements center transparency, trust, and shared accountability, ensuring that those most affected have a direct role in shaping policies, services, and systems.
